TMI – Detox symptoms
The only detox-like symptom that I’ve noticed is (horrible) gas. I typically forget to have green smoothies on the weekends, and then I’m blessedly spared from the gas the next day. Will it ever go away? I’ve been having green smoothies a couple of times a week for at least a month; you’d think if it was a transitioning thing that it would be done by now.

You would think! Try taking some Betaine HCl (an enzyme) with food every time you eat to see if you maybe have low stomach acid; it’s rather inexpensive at health food stores (and even cheaper at Vitamin Shoppe online).
