Will adding sole to distilled water, provide enough minerals to the water that it will not leach it out of your body? How many parts of sole should be added to water? For example, a gallon?

Robyn,
thanks for suggesting that great web site. I just spent a couple of hours on it. I'm looking forward to adding sole to our routine. I loved what they said about everything being "energy or information" and how that relates to the food we eat and how it is assimilated.

Twelve years ago I was going through a divorce and was trying to increase my connection to the 'spirit'. Eliminating sugar helped quite a lot, but I was so addicted to it that it was really hard to get away from for very long. I wish I had known that whole foods at their most basic elements could truly be the most important step. Since I have been on whole foods, I am able to resist refined sugar and stoped being a 'sugar-aholic'.
This great web site explained that connection we have between our bodies and what we put into them and how that connects us to the spirit! Thanks for suggesting it to us. Karen

PS Hope you are doing OK.

I would use salt stones from that link I posted rather than ground salt, but either way, just put lots of salt in water, because a maximum salt water solution is 26%. So, put in over 1/4 as much salt as water and it will be a saturated solution. Then use 1 tsp. of that each morning.

I've heard of this before---I just need exact measurements to make the SOLE. I already have some himalayan salt, but it is already ground up-is this okay to use? Do you just put a cup in a jar and just enough water to cover? Or more water?
