Hi Robyn! We have gone about 90% meat free, about 70% dairy free and eat lots of raw veggies and tons of green smoothies...so we are on our way! But, I was wondering if you would recommend a anti-cancer supplement program? Mushroom? I am going to read Young's book but would love to get a short list of something we could start NOW! Thanks!!

Also you all might want to check out duck eggs. Cancer patients and the rest of us might want to start using them instead of chicken eggs.

The long answer is well done in Robert O. Young's book. In a nutshell, acids promote the growth of fungus, yeasts, bacteria, molds, mycotoxins and their byproducts. This highly unhealthy internal terrain is the perfect climate for aberrant cells to proliferate. (And yes, oxygen is starved, used up quickly, in that climate.)

So what is it about the acidic foods that promote cancer? I understand how they harm bone health but I haven't heard the link to cancer yet. Is this related to the oxygen?

I just got the pH miracle at the store because I couldn't wait for the mail by ordering it cheaper online! Anyways, thanks for everything!
