		<description>That sounds like a wonderful smoothie, very nutritious, and breakfast should be your biggest meal, ideally (dinner the smallest--we have it backwards in America).

My one suggestion is that if you feel you need extra protein, use hemp or SunWarrior&#039;s fermented brown rice protein powder rather than whey (see The China Study--or read my book review).
