    kind of a random question Robyn- but do you by chance have the updated 4.8 version of vita-mineral green? I bought bottles from you–and just read this: http://www.healthforce.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=garden_flypage.tpl&product_id=6&category_id=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=65
    (there was a contaminated batch with gluten previously–and now I’m afriad that the 2 bottles I have in storage (never opened) may have gluten–in an emergency this would especially be bad for me and my son)–could I switch them or do you think I could contact the main company and they would help me? thanks!
    p.s. they are thankkfully checking every batch for gluten now and it won’t happen again.

    Lala, yes, we have 4.8 (is that not what you ordered? don’t know how long ago it was) and I’m about to switch to the capsules product from HealthForce anyway.

    capsules? hmm that would be easier–I just found a way to take it without pain- (please tell me if I’m not getting benefits this way)–
    I take a small tiny scoop on a spoon of frozen fruit smoothie—then sprinkle 1/4tsp mineral green on top (careful to stay on the smoothie)–then I put another small scoop on top to cover all the powder and then I swallow!! (and drink water afterwards)- is this okay? I can’t even taste it if I position it all right.

    I have the 4.0 version–I should probably contact the company then right?!!

    last thing: i’m confused–to do a local pick up order of all various items–how much do I need to be ordering? (just in the quantities listed on the price points sheet in your store right?) thanks!

    Forgot to add that I personally take one heaping teaspoon of the vitamineral green mixed in 8 oz. of water before breakfast every morning. The newer formula tastes really strong to me so I now plug my nose while I gulp it down so I don’t taste it as much. I have issues with my iron levels getting low so I noticed the greens drink helps me keep my iron up, and the probiotics in it help me stay regular. I feel a little more energetic in the mornings when I take it and really notice that I don’t feel as good on the mornings I forget to drink it.

    I JUST started taking it–my diet is deplete on iodine so I’m kind of stupid for not doing this sooner—I can feel so much energy when I take–no kidding! I used to not be able to exercise without breakfast but I’ve been taking it with a couple frozen bites of frozen smoothie and can work out great without feeling sick!
