I am a new reader of your blog, after just discovering your website. My vegan sister got me started on the “green smoothies” – started with fresh kale, apples, and lemon juice, and I love them! I’ve since discovered just how many things can go in a “green smoothie” thanks to my vitamix.

I had to comment on this picture because my son, who is now 22 months old, has loved green smoothies from the time he was about 10 months old and he drinks his out of those same cups. Too cute!
It is true, no flu here at our home this season either, it works! Thank you for motivating me to be more diligent about having my green smoothies every day.
I have officially quit sugar (the processed kind) -that is my new year’s resolution, for at least 6 months anyway, and than in moderation- I started early and I feel great!! (I have a 5 month old little girl; still nursing, etc.)

Got something to say? Go for it!
