How long do Young Thai Coconuts last before they need to be used? Also, how should they be stored (room temperature, fridge, etc.)?

I live in Provo and work in Sandy. I priced out a couple of Asian Markets between Utah and Salt Lake Counties and Kim Long Oriental Market ( 3450 South Redwood Road, West Valley, UT (801) 972-8440 ) gave them to me for $11.00 per case (9 coconuts) for Young Thai Coconuts. That's $1.22 each (with out tax). Their normal price is $1.39 each. They get delivery on Wednesdays. I usually call to make sure that they have cases for me. I bought 7 cases this past Thursday. Good Luck!!!

What is the difference between milk and liquid? Also, have you found additive-free canned milk & liquid?
