12 Steps does have whole-grain pasta recipes.

No mac and cheese, but if you&#039;re just taking baby steps away from the S.A.D., I used to make it with white sauce made of whole-wheat flour, raw milk, unrefined salt, and butter. Then I&#039;d add cheddar cheese.  I&#039;d put it over whole-corn pasta elbows and bake it till bubbly.

That&#039;s about a 30% improvement over standard, boxed mac-n-cheese. Still dairy and high in fat, though.</description>
